Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a person you have designated, received the product.
How to request a return
Let us know within the withdrawal period that you wish to cancel your order by emailing info@inktkracht.com. You can use the model form below, but this is not required. Please include your order number.
Sending it back
Return the product within 14 days of your notification to: InktKracht, Eindhovenseweg 1, 5664 HC Geldrop, The Netherlands. The cost of returning the product is at your expense. Please pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
Refund
We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown proof that you have sent it back.
Use and loss of value
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Toner and drum cartridges can no longer be sold as new once installed or once the sealed inner packaging has been opened. If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may charge you for the loss in value.
Wrong or damaged product
Did you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or refund it free of charge.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. For business orders we are happy to agree tailored terms.
