Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all offers and orders placed with InktKracht, Eindhovenseweg 1, 5664 HC Geldrop, The Netherlands (KvK 90818997, VAT NL004117433B86), reachable at info@inktkracht.com.

2. Products and prices

We sell new, genuine manufacturer toner and drum cartridges. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you pay. Obvious mistakes or errors in our offer are not binding.

3. The contract

The contract is concluded as soon as you complete your order and receive a confirmation by email. If a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund the amount.

4. Payment

You pay online using the payment methods shown at checkout. We ship your order once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide when ordering. Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product has been delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period. See our refund policy for details.

7. Warranty

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract (legal guarantee). The manufacturer's warranty may also apply. If there is a problem with a product, please contact us.

8. Liability

Use the cartridges according to the manufacturer's instructions and check before ordering that the product fits your printer. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@inktkracht.com. We will respond as quickly as possible and aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your own country.
