Where we ship

We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands and the countries of the European Union.

Processing time

Ordered and paid before 3:00 pm on a working day? Then we ship your order the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm or at the weekend are shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the country your parcel is going to and is calculated at checkout once you have entered your address. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for your country are shown in the cart and at checkout, before you pay. Shipping within the Netherlands and the EU is free from €99.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed so they arrive undamaged.
